Coronavirus

There is so much information circulating about the Coronavirus (COVID-19). But rest assured, as new details emerge, the best thing you can do to equip yourself is to maintain your immunity, stay fit (especially in the event of an unexpected quarantine), and learn the facts about the virus and how it is spread! Exercising a good balance of common sense and critical thinking can reduce panic and keep you more aware of your surroundings. If you saw someone spit on the door handle, would you touch it? Now what if you saw that same knob 5 minutes later and missed that they spit on it? And then you went and rubbed your face or had lunch. Keeping concepts like that in mind, will keep you mindful of your environment and potential areas to come in contact with the virus.
